My letter to <br />your attention, dated 9-I 1-2002, requested suggestions from the Division for additional-means or <br />techniques to impede erosion sediment at the west end, upper slope of the 100 year diversion <br />ditch. As you and I have previously discussed, the landowner randomly grazes cattle on the <br />reclamation site which further burdens maintenance as well as the vegetation already stressed <br />from this years drought conditions. <br />Given that I-have not yet received a response from the Division concerning my letter of 9- <br />11-2002, I have proceeded to schedulerip-rap angular rock to be hauled and placed for rock <br />dams in the south drainage ditch, We intend to install some additional silt fence at the west end of <br />the 100 year diversion ditch.
