~4 <br /> <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Coal Gulch Mine for the month of April, 1999. <br />Hydrologic Balance: The pond had water in it but was not discharging. The primary spillway is <br />covered with fill material and is no longer functional <br />Reclamation Success: The site is well vegetated and stable as far as erosion is concerned. <br />General Mine Compliance: Firehawk Construction Company is storing more construction material <br />and junk well beyond the 1.03 acres that belongs to them. <br />
