III. C~?hM1F:'1'~ Ca1PL1AlJCE <br />Beiow are comments on Lhe inspection. The comments include discussion of observations <br />made during the inspection. Comments also describe any er~forcement actions taker: during <br />the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection flown by Harry Ranney of the Colorado Divisions of <br />Minerals and Geology. Kent Gorham of the CDMG reviewed oblique aerial photographs <br />in Lhe office on July 30. 2003. This former underground mine was reclaimed and <br />reseeded in 1995 and early 1997. The weather was clear and the resolution of the <br />digital photographs was excellent. <br />Signs and Markers <br />The markers delineating the boundary of the disturbed areas were visible in a <br />number of the photographs. They consist of 4-inch white PUC pipe slipped over a <br />roof bolt anchored in the yround. The markers are generally visible from on to <br />the next and positioned at corners of the disturbed area. the markers comply with <br />Rules 4.02.1, 4.02.3, and 4.02.4. <br />
