-• • (Page 2) • <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-i99fi-nfin <br />INSPECTION DATE: nnilq/nn INSPECTORS INITIALS: ~LI~ <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The following observations were made during a surety verification inspection of this <br />93.4-acre open 112 site. <br />Operations are still ongoing at this site, however, all phases except the processing <br />area and the southern central tip of Phase #4 have been excavated to their full <br />extent and will not be further mined. <br />All grading in the excavated quadrants has been completed, with the exception of the <br />shorelines around the 40-acre pond in mining phase 4.
