<br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />On September 13, 1994 the Division conducted a partial inspection of the Bourg <br />Strip Mine. At the time of the inspection the weather was cool and clear. The last <br />inspection was on August 31, 1994. Site conditions have not changed since the <br />last inspection. There has been additional precipitation but the area is still in a <br />drought. <br />This reclaimed mine site looked stable and no problems were noted.
