The site
is an old 9.0 acres, 110 sand and gravel operation located 11/2 miles south
of County Road 22 on County Road 137. Approximately two acres appeared to
be disturbed. Pit slopes appeared stable. All drainage from affected
acreage drains towards the pit.. The operator had reclaimed approximately 2
acres. Reclaimed slopes showed minor rills, which is not considered a
problem by the Division, because such erosion features are normal,
geomorphic features even in undisturbed slopes. Site was not active at the
time of the inspection. A small amount of mulch stockpiled along the west
side of the permit area to be utilized during reclamation. Topsoil/
overburden stockpiles properly protected. Permit sign and boundary markers
properly posted.

I & E Contact Address
NAME: MR.
