The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE 1. The boundary markers were not observed, though they are required pursuant to Rule 3.1.12. g/ 12/ 02 PB or PV: 36_ TOPICISI: ~M Corrective action: The operator must locate and install markers adeouate to delineate the - - - boundarv. Evidence of boundary marker installation must be received by the Division by the dat shown at right. 2. The topsoil is being degraded, though it must be protected for later reclamation of the site. 9/ 12/ 02 PB or PV: 3B_ TOPIC(S): SS_ Corrective action: The operator must carefully remove all topsoil from areas immediately above th hiphwalls. and strip a sufficient size of area ahead of the advancing hiahwalls, plus stockpile the topsoil in the proper locations, according to the approved plan. A statement that this has been accomplished and will continue must be received by the Division by the date shown at right. 3.
