MARCH 8,1996
MR. BOB OSWALD:
This is to let you know that I am the land owner of the Bent County gravel pit.
Virley Burkhalter showed me the letter you sent him concerning the old windmill
in the gravel pit area.I will not hold Bent County responsible for any damage
to the old windmill, however,in talking to Virley he has indicated to me that they
will be willing to help me move the windmill from the area until mining is completed.
and if I choose to place it back in the same location they will help me move it back.
I am requesting that they mine the whole area around the windmill because I don't
want it higher than the rest of the floor of the pit when and if I want to turn it
back to pasture, which is several years away as I see it. We have this windmill
problem worked out between myselfand Bent County. If you have any questions you
may contact me. I live in the house on the right side of road before you go into the
pit area.
Sincerely,
Alan Dean, Owner
~~~~~
