MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: nn-~ 995-m7 <br />INSPECTION DATE: 9/LS/ns INSPECTORS INITIALS: KAP <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This inspection was performed as part of the four-year monitoring program conducted by the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology. Present at the inspection was Kate Pickford, DMG. Jim Lynn of Park County <br />Road and Bridge was contacted regarding the inspection, but was unable to attend. Weather at the <br />time of the inspection was clear, calm, and approximately 50 degrees. <br />2. An appropriate sign is posted at the mine entrance and the boundaries are marked. Disturbance at <br />the site consists of an excavated area with numerous stockpiles of material in the pit. The edges of the <br />excavation are sloped at 3H:1 V or less, which is an adequate slope for reclamation. <br />3.
