Also, due to the dip of the beds away from the mine portal, <br />it was confirmed that gravity discharge of water from the mine portal is highly <br />unlikely. <br />4.09 Underground Development Waste <br />At the Apex N2 Mine, all underground development waste is deposited in abandoned <br />portions of the active mine. <br />9.12 Slides and Other Damage <br />The slope above the face-up area appears to be stable. There were no indications <br />of possible slide activity. <br />4.20 Subsidence Control <br />The anomalous features observed on the aerial photos were not a result of subsidence. <br />The origin of the features was not established. <br />i~~~ <br />
