<br />INSPECTION REPORT - PAGE 2 <br />FILE N0. 83-89 <br />DATE: 4 17/84 <br />OBSERVATIONS OF IMPORTANCE: <br />1. F1r. Ross Klinger is constructing a concrete plant immediately adjacent <br />to this operation. <br />2. The roads for the Douglas Pit have been rerouted around this construction. <br />3. Large berms on the west side of the concrete plant have been constructed <br />to comply with Douglas County zoning. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1. Mr. Jeff Smythe needs to submit a technical revision showing on a new <br />map the new location of his haul road around Mr. Klinger's operation. <br />2. fir. Smythe should also seed his topsoil stockpiles by this fall. <br />3.
