Currently no NF fire <br /> restrictions are in lace. <br />General Remarks <br />Right of Way Operator has been advised of the appraised timber value to be purchased prior <br /> to clearing phase II area. <br />Mineral Material Contract Contract PPK79 expired 11/14/2002. $4,000 deposit payment continues to be <br /> held by the Forest Service. Currently the operator has no plans to for a <br /> material sale. Anew contract can be executed upon request. <br /> State Inspection 10/18/2000 by Lany Oehler on file, no documented <br />Colorado Division of Minerals concerns. in a telephone conversation 7/2/03, Mr. Oehler mentioned their <br />& Geology 12/2001 site inspection was acceptable. Provided a project update. <br />
