IV. Problems. Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified <br />during inspections and that failure to correct the problems may result in the <br />Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as amended, <br />34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be clearly noted. <br />Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1983 and underlined.) <br />59-84-001. Complete gravel surfacing and check dam/filter fabric <br />installation. Due to extenuating circumstances, the compliance date is <br />extended from f4ay 21, 1984 to June 15, 1984. <br />
