Enforcement <br />action forthcoming. <br />1. Site was being operated by Holter Excavating (Brush, Colorado 842-5975). <br />.Two haul trucks and a front end loader observed working site. This <br />observation occurred prior to an inspection with Mr. Crosswhite, which <br />took place sometime later that day. Excavation was somewhat limited. <br />2. Other than some misc. disturbance, no significant alterations in the <br />existing permit were observed in the field.
