Schreiner <br />.Gentlemen: <br />Our plans for the Bates Hunter Mine are to begin Oct. 01, 2004. Rehabilitation of the <br />shaft will start and continue for the next 120 days, followed by a drilling program <br />underground for the next eight months and evaluation of the results. At that time a <br />mining operation will begin if economically viable. <br />The-Gold Gilpin Mill will be refurbished and tailing ponds realigned as per requirements <br />of Div. Of Mineral 8c Geology.
