Comments also describe any enrorcxment actlone taken during the IrtspecNon <br />and the facts or evldenoe supportlng the enforcement ectlon. <br />On March 26, 1998, four aerial photographs were taken by Harry Kenney from the Division of Minerals <br />and Geology. These photographs were reviewed by William J. Getter of the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology. These photographs show the following locations: <br />• Two photos of the Sanborn Creek Facility <br />• Lower Hubbard Creek Site <br />• Upper Hubbard Creek Site (This photograph also shows the Blue Ribbon Mine site and will be <br />filed in that file). <br />fl4~dl: <br />• The County Road up Hubbard that was photographed is snow covered, but appears to be stable. <br />• The road to the cemebay at the Sanborn Creak site appears to be passable and stable at the time <br />of these photographs. <br />• Other roads at the Sanborn Creole site, outside the active cansancticn area, appear to be stable <br />and in good condition. <br />• Sedimentation pc®ds A and B contain free water but do ~t appear to be discharging at the time <br />of the photographs. <br />• The sedimentation pond at Upper Hubbard Creek appears m be snow wvered, but does not <br />contain any free water at the time of this Photograph. <br />• ~ No slide damage ar other erosion is visible at the Upper Hubbard Creek site. <br />• At the Lower Hubbard Creek site there is no visible slide of erosion damage. <br />• In the photographs of the Satrdbom Creek area there is no apparent slide or erosion damage. <br />
