The operator is proposing to install a TDR (Time Reflectometry Cable) cable in the short string casing during the plugging process to add to the Subsidence Monitoring Plan. The well will be plugged with a cast iron bridge plug inside each string of 7" casing at the elevation of the bottom of the short string casing. The cement plug will be installed inside the short string 7" casing extending from the bottom of the short string casing elevation to the dissolution surface elevation. The TDR cable will be installed in a tubing inside the 7" casing to the top of the cement plug. In addition, a cement plug from the cement basket to the surface will be installed. The lower ponds were inspected. The heavy snow cover has pulled down the nets used to keep birds and other animals from entering the pond. When weather conditions permit, the net will need to be repaired.
