III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the inspection. Comments <br />also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Jeny Nettleton (Nettleton) of Twentymile Coal Company (Twentymile) accompanied Byron Walker (Walker) <br />of the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) during this inspection of the Foidel Creek Mine. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS <br />Versions of Maps 23 and 23B of Permit Revision Application No. 7 were discussed. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE <br />There was no surface runoff noted during this inspection.
