' • (Page a) <br />MINE ZD # OR PROSPECTING ID # M-68-106 <br />INSPECTION DATE October 21. 1997 <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS TAB <br />The following problems (PB) andfor possible violations, (PV) (and suggested corrective <br />actions) were identified during this inspection. The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. There is an infestation of a prohibited noxious weed, December 31, 1997 <br />diffuse }:napweed, at the Lightweight Aggregate Mine & (submittal of T.R.) <br />Plant. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Submit ari application for a technical revision by December 31, PB or PV: PB <br />1997 which consists of a weed management plan for diffuse TOPIC(S): RV <br />knapweed and any other prohibited noxious weed species present <br />at the Lightweight Aggregate Mine & Plant. The weed management plan <br />should include a map showing the extent of the weed infestation(s), <br />a list of control methods to be implemented, a list of other <br />cooperating land owners and/or governmental agencies, <br />a schedule for implementation of control methods, and <br />a monitoring program for evaluating the success of control <br />methods. <br />
