Comments also describe any <br />enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />Ou ?lay 27, i9y2 the llivrsion conducted a complete inspection at the Kerr Coal <br />Co. Marr Strip Mine. At the time of the inspection the weather was overesst <br />and drizzling. It has been raisin;; on and off for the past 'L4 hours. Total <br />rainfall amounts were slight and did not contribute to appreciable runoff. <br />However, it was enough to mane the roads muddy and almost impassible. lire <br />mine was dosed today because of the rain and mud. The rain also paralyzed <br />reclamation operations. <br />Charlie [~lin:au and George k'aLLon were con Laded during the urspectron. <br />The ponds ~rere not noted to be dtscharg~ng. The drizzle that has been falling <br />was soaking in and not running off. 1'., had been dry here up until yest~rdxy. <br />ttecords were checked and all reyuu•ed inforamtion was on file.
