Carter from the Division of Minerals and Geology, pefcamed a <br />partial inspection of the Blue Ribbon Mine. Tha weather at the time of the inspection was cool and <br />cloudy. <br />B~atls: <br />At the time of this inspection, the Delta County road up Hubbard Creak was mostly dry aad passable. <br />Aa the season progresses this road will become unsafe for automobile navel, and grand inspection of <br />this sight will require Bathe walking, an ATV, ar a snowmobile. If the major slide aroes move very <br />much even these modes of accessing the site will become unsafe until the road is properly opened nmd <br />summer. <br />• At the time of this inspection ponds three and fan wee dry. <br />• Pond numbs five ooatins some water in the southern end. <br />No slides ar damage due to soil moveneot was observed during this inspection. <br />
