These markers were installed by Landstar Surveyin of <br /> Loveland, Colorado, early in March. <br /> A second suggested action resulting from this inspection that we pc st an <br /> additional $7,000.00 financial warranty for reclamation. As you may be aware, we are <br /> currently in the process of increasing our financial warranty with Berthoud National <br /> Bank. A new letter of credit, No. 141, in the amount of$12,000.00 will be issued <br /> effective April 23, 2000, which is when the original letter of credit for$5,000.0 expires <br /> and will not be renewed. Asa courtesy to us, Barb Chiappone has agreed to all Dw this <br /> effective date for the increase of the reclamation bond. <br /> If you have any questions about these photos or the financial warranty, lease let <br /> me know.
