III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions Taken during the inspection and The facts or <br />evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This aerial inspection report is prepared by Byron G. Walker from six aerial photographs (63- <br />201 1 1 21-43 (43) through 48(48)) taken by, and an oral debriefing of, Mr. Harry Ranney, <br />Environmental Protection Specialist of the Division. Mr. Harry Ranney advised that he saw <br />nothing amiss at the site. Copies of the photographs are on file at the Division and copies <br />were provided to the permittee. <br />Roads The permanent road on the site appears in photographs 44, 46, 47 and 48. It appears to <br />be in good repair. <br />Hvdroloaic Balance: No water appears in the photographs. No erosional features are <br />identifiable in the pictures. <br />Reclamation Success: Reclamation work appears to have been successful and is in <br />accordance with the approved reclamation plan. The site of the reclaimed sedimentation <br />pond appears in photographs 43, 44, 45, and 48. The site of the reclaimed clear-water upland <br />diversion ditch appears in photographs 43, 44, 45, and 48.
