[II. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Bzlow are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection of the Hamilton Mine for the month of March, 1999. <br />RECORDS: Records were inspected and found to be satisfactory. See page 5 of this report for further details <br />ROADS: The roads are in satisfactory condition and do not require any maintenance. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: All ditches and culverts are clear and capable of functioning as designed. Pond A <br />& B were both dry a[ the time of [he inspection. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS: The site's reclamation vegetation is starting [o green up for [he spring. This winter <br />did not bring very much moisture therefor it is unlikely that the reclamation grasses will increase in percentages. <br />The site does not show signs of any erosional features and appears [o be quite stable. <br />
