N • - • <br />INSPECTION REPORT - PAGE 2 <br />FILE N0. 85-129 <br />DATE: 8-13-85 <br />OBSERVATIONS OF IMPORTANCE: <br />1. Site is as portrayed on maps of permit application. <br />2. Access road from County Road 25-41 needs to be developed. <br />3. Site is hilltop area located about 1/4 mile west of County Road 25-41 <br />and about 1/2 mile north of the intersection of County Roads 25-41 and <br />102. <br />4. Site is just south of a dry gulch that runs east to west. <br />5. Soil is of gravelly nature. <br />6. Dominant plant species are Junegrass, Poa species, needle-and-thread, <br />yucca, Indian paintbrush, scarlet globe mallow and scarlet gilia. <br />7. Remnants of old house or wood building on knoll of hill. <br />8. No activities at site. <br />9. Slides 1-3 From northeast corner rotating west to east <br />4 From northwest corner looking down gulch <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1. Access road must be included in proposed permit area. It will be <br />necessary to increase permit area by acreage encompassed by access road <br />and submit additional application fees to cover these additional acres. <br />2.
