:= <br /> <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />On August 17, 1994 an aerial inspection was conducted at the Canadian Strip <br />Mine. Oblique aerial photos were taken of the mine. These photos were <br />reviewed September 9, 1994. These are identified as: <br />1. 08/94 #:32 F:004, the complete mine area including both ponds looking west <br />2. 08/94 #:32 F:007 the complete mine area looking west but at a lower <br />elevation. <br />The area appeared to be well vegetated and was browning due to late summer <br />conditions. Some water was in both ponds. <br />
