The operator has <br />posted a Permit ID sign and marked the permit area. This is an active pit, topsoil has been stripped and stockpiled on the <br />northwest corner and the south side of the permit area. <br />It appears that the pit is being operated in compliance with the DMG's Rules and Regulations.
