The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The poaeible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. Rewired entrance eign had not been posted at the site. 11 / 1 / 95 <br />Poet an entrance sign in accordance with Rule 3.1.12. PB or PV PB <br />The rew irement for the eign are restated below. TOPIC(S) _S!f <br />Rule 3.1.12 of the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board apecifiee that: <br />(1) At the entrance of the mine site the operator shall poet a eign, which <br />shall be clearly visible from the access road, with the following: <br />(a) The name of the operator, <br />(b) A statement that a reclamation <br />permit for the operation has been <br />issued by the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, and <br />(c) The Permit Number. <br />(2) The boundaries of the affected area will be marked by monuments or <br />other markers that are clearly visible and adequate to delineate such <br />boundaries. <br />2. <br />12 / 1 / 95 <br />PB or PV PB <br />TOPIC(S) FN <br />concluded such that the bond amount determined can be <br />posted by the December 1, 1995 due date. <br />
