Mine No. 2 File No.: C-80-002 <br />Partial Inspections: (8) 1/24, 2/11, 4/14, 6/27, 8/20, 9/12, 11/24 and <br />12/15 <br />Complete Inspections: (4) 3/26, 5/7, 7/11 and 10/15. <br />Enforcement Actions: C-86-024 issued on March 26, 1986 for "Failure to <br />submit sediment pond inspection reports on a quarterly basis." <br />Abated on April 2, 1986. <br />Problems-Current and/or Potential: No major problems. <br />Minor problems include: <br />1. Sloughage of slope material between the upper and lower benches <br />into ditch. <br />2. Drainage control during snowmelt conditions. <br />Comments: During 1986, the entrance sign was repainted to reflect <br />current information. <br />The lower explosives bunker was moved to the end of the upper bench <br />from previous position. <br />Collection ditches were regraded during fall and berms may need to <br />be reseeded in 1987. <br />/vj r <br />6496E <br />
