The area
Izad received measurable precipitation the night before, which was evident
at the time of the inspection. Inspected the under drain area, The North
under drain was dry, the south was at a drip, approximately every three r_p
five seconds, the 9 inch pipe was at a trickle no more than what was
observed on 6/16/06, durzng the monthly znspection.
Inspected the Main Cresson and Eas[ Cresson areas, active mining and
backfilling of the East Cresson pit was continuing. In anticipaCion of. the
Wild Horse (East Cresson) pit area expanszon haul road configuration crew
were collecting GPS DATA at the tzme of the znspection.
Inspected Phase I, II, III&IV LECAH PADS AND RECORDED THE FOLLOWING
READINGS FROM THE High and Low volume solution collection Transducers.
Phase I High volume solution collection transducer # 2 was recorded at 18.6
and # 3 was at 18.1. Low volume solution collection transducer # 1 was
recorded at .18 and # 2 was at .70.
Phase II AND III Hiyh volume solution collection transducer # 4 was
recoz~ded at 16.5 # 5 was at 12.3 #6 was atI7.0. Low volume transducer # 1
was at .09 and # 2 was at .60. Piezometer for the pond was at 28.7 feet.
Phase IV Hiyh Volume solution collection transducer # 7 was recorded aC
14.2 # e was at 10.3 # 9 was at 11.9 and # 10 the read out was not
Functioning at the time of the inspectzon. Jeff stated that this was the
first time he noted it not working and agreed to look into it. Since # l0
is an auxiliary pump, not actively connected to the actual pumping of
solution the read out meter not functionzng, will not be noted as a "PB".
Low Volume solution collection transducer # 1 was at 15.9 and # 2 was at:
4.U inches of hydrostatic Tread. Inspected the external pond, most of the
water has been pumped to the pad for make up water, only a small amounC was
being held by r.he. pond, about the same amount noted during the last
inspection 6/I6/C~. Tnspected ei7e old I1un Chad Gloi;e };ill pad:', no problsm
noted. A11 9t6?I1` Wd'C'r :j7Vhi'S 1:%:7 91. t'.ICL _ll r_'3 CGL .tl [t ti:Ce '~.'e 1'e-_ ,.7'.:: I(j iC• l~E'
in good repair.
