There were several things that we had <br />to do, such as, technical revisions with actual surveys describing <br />the boundaries to these pits. We have until July 20, 1995 to <br />complete this task. <br />This spring we have received above normal amounts of snow <br />which has caused flooding throughout Park County. Currently we have <br />lost threA sections of road, and there are still some roads, to my <br />knowledge, that are under water. This has changed our priorities <br />and set vur schedule back several months, which leads me to my <br />request. Because of the problems we've experienced, I would like <br />to ask i€ you would allow us until the first part of January 1996 <br />to complete this task.
