~. <br />I ~ <br /> <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #M- 80-244 <br />INSPECTION DATE 12-20-99 <br />(Page 2) <br /> <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS BK <br />The Division condcted a monitoring and construction progress of the Phase II nad III areas. <br />Preent during the Inspection was Mr Scott Lewis of CC&V. Approximately 1 to 2 inches of snow <br />was on the ground at the time of the inspection. Work was continuing on the under drain and <br />LDS #4 Trench extensions. According to Mr. Lewis, moat of the construction work on the Phase <br />III area for this construction eeason should be completed sometime next month. The <br />backfilling of the Boylon Shaft was also in progress. ` <br />Inspected the Phase 22 pregnant solution collection area. The following readings were taken <br />from the high and low volume collection transducer pampa. Pump # 4 registered 24.7 feet of <br />head, Pump #5 registered 25.4 feet of head and Pvmp #6 registered 30.4 feet of head. Low <br />volume pump #1 registered .43 feet of head and Pump # 2 registered .25 feet of head. Both <br />pumps were on at the time of the inspection. Flow rate was recorded at 10. 5 g.p.m. Inspected <br />the Phase I low volume solution collection system. Both pumps were on and the following <br />readings were recorded from the transducer pumps for the system. Pump # 1 registered .10 <br />feet of head and Pump # 2 registered .37 feet of head.
