Banta.
Division Director
This is written confirmation of our telephone conversation yesterday, and
today, November 13 & 14, 1991.
You phoned our office Wednesday, requesting information about a quarry
operated by Jack G. Quinn. According to you, the operation is in Douglas
County at Section 34, Township 105, Range 69W. The information you requested
was Mr. Quinn's mining plan, reclamation plan, and the amount of his bond.
You mentioned that the site has been in continuous operation, including this
year, since 1935 and has a surface disturbance of about one acre.
Reviewing material in the Division's office, I was unable to locate any
current operation under the name Jack Quinn or matching the legal description
you provided. If, in the future, you need any further information from the
Division, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sin4e.rely~
Christine E.~Joh ston -- -- - - - _ _ __-_
Reclamation Spe 7alist
CEJlyjb ~'
cc: James Stevens, MLRD ~ G~(J~ l // ~ ~ (~(S GG,~,S S
9472E J(/(/~ /,`0//l(~~S ~ec ~~~~-
~f'O~I ~~ll S jyj~(~ ~ ~~ ~GG~I `~~
STAT~OF COLORADO
