(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-7989-t to <br />INSPECTION DATE: May 4, ~nn~ INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: °i a <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This inspection was conducted in compliance with the directive of the Mined Land Reclamation Board that each mine in the <br />State of Colorado be inspected at least once every four years. This inspector was accompanied by Mr. Steve Lowrey, <br />Environmental Specialist, and Mr. Dave Jordan, Maintenance Construction Supervisor. <br />The identification sign was observed and found to be prominently located. The boundaries of the two pits were observed to <br />follow natural limits, and to be adequate. <br />The east phase was observed to have been re-graded and re-vegetated with in excess of 50% rover. The re-vegetation and <br />grading both appear excellent. <br />The west phase is still active as a stockpiling location, with some regrading taking place.
