• <br />(Page 4) <br />FIINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID # _M-91-035 <br />INSPECTION D,?TE October 21. 1997 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS TA,~ <br />The following problems (PB) and/or possible violations (PV) (and suggested corrective <br />actions) were identified during this inspection. The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective ac:tions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. There is an infestation of a prohibited noxious weed, December 31, 1998 <br />diffuse }:napweed, at the Conda/MCKay Pit. The operator (submittal of narrative <br />has no on-going weed control program for this species. and photographs) <br />PB or PV: PB <br />TOPIC(S): RV <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />The operator must apply reasonable control measures, <br />such as chemical or mechanical treatments, during the <br />1998 field season to facilitate the elimination of <br />diffuse }:napweed and any other noxious weed species <br />present e.t the Conda/McKay Pit. The operator will <br />submit both photographs and a description of weed <br />control rtiethods that were applied during the 1998 <br />field season by December 31, 1998. <br />
