Garber from the Division of Minerals and Geology, performed a <br />~P~e inpectia~n of the Hawk's Nest Mine in Crtmnison County. The weather was cloudy and cold <br />with intemuttent snow at the time of the inspection. At this time the entire mine site is still covered with <br />snow. <br />8oade: <br />Old State Highway 133 was snow packed at the time of this inspection Frost heaving continues to be a <br />problem where the west spring of the east parlal crosses the pavement. <br />~141t11' - `nrr• <br />• The west spring at the east portal continues to be active and flow down to the old State Highway <br />133 as noted above. <br />• Snow covers the bottaun of the sedimentation pa~nd and therefore no free water could be observed <br />at this time. If free water is below the snow theca would not be any significant difference from <br />the previous reported level. <br />No viscble sliding ar other mov~eot damage was observed at this time <br />X17: <br />There Is a real estate sign present on the south side of ok!
