Mining has been as extension downward with no increase in affected <br />acreage. <br />3. Crushing occurs on east side and quarrying occurs on west side <br />progressing north and south. <br />4. Slides 19-20: Overview of quarry area. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1. Division is concerned about the amount of financial warranty at this <br />site. The current amount of $2,500.00 was the maximum allowable at the <br />time of Board consideration of this application. Since that time, the <br />maximum has been increased to $5,000.00. The Division believes it is <br />justifiable to increase this financial warranty to the new maximum <br />amount of $5,000.00. This increase will be presented to the Board at <br />their October 23-24, 1985 meeting. If you believe an amount lower than <br />$5,000.00 is justifiable at this site, please submit documentation prior <br />to this meeting. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you are in <br />agreement with the increase.
