problems with self monitoring violations. Health is scheduled to visit the site and <br />MLRD may require revisions to the system based on Health's findings. SAE's on <br />outslopes located in the Silo area are currently being reviewed by MLRD. <br />These areas are adjacent to an AVF. The current ground water monitoring plan, <br />however, requires only one well be monitored for quantity. No quality monitoring is <br />required for these areas. <br />Closing comments: <br />As noted above, a number of issues are currently being reviewed by MLRD under <br />the ongoing Mid-Term Review. Final permittee submissions to address deficiencies <br />has been scheduled for the end of June, 1992. MLRD then has 60 days to review <br />and render a decision on approval or denial. Because the deficiencies identified <br />during this inspection can be classified as "permit defects" AFO has deferred to <br />MLRD's review. However, if the deficiencies are not corrected in accordance with <br />program requirements within the above noted timeframe additional action by AFO <br />may be needed. <br />
