Also enclosed are the survey data for the Lower <br />Refuse Pile and certifications. Compaction testing was performed on the Lower Refuse Pile <br />because a new lift was completed during the second quarter of 1995. <br />Several lifts were completed on the Lone Pine Gulch Development Waste Pile during the second <br />quarter 1995 and the results of compaction testing are attached for your information. <br />If you have questions, contact me at (303) 929-2238. <br />Si , <br />lil..
