TOPIC(S): AR <br />The operator will provide a statement from the <br />landowner clarifying whether this is a significant <br />structure, plus (as needed) provide any applicable <br />damage agreement or describe any stabilization activity <br />to be taken. This information will be received by this <br />office by the date shown. <br />
