Everest, Mr. John Servold and Mr. John Hall. A copy of this <br />inspection report has been enclosed for your review. No major problems were <br />noted, however, you will note that there are a number of corrective actions <br />outlined. <br />Upon review of the file, reclamation costs, current operations and amount of <br />screened growth medium available, I believe that a partial bond release <br />request would be premature. A partial bond release request would require a <br />detailed re-evaluation of the reclamation costs which could potentially <br />increase the bond. If you wish to proceed with a partial bond release, please <br />provide a detailed reclamation cost breakdown.
