1. Operator at the site was Loveland Excavating.
2. Loveland Excavating1 was in the process of disrlantlinq all equipment to move
it to another site for about three months.
3. Gravel stockpiles located on north end of site.
4. No topsoil stockpiles located on the site. Mr. Floyd Clark, Loveland Excavating,
stated topsoil had been already placed on east slopes of finished pond.
5. Mining finished on east end and will be progressing to the west into flooded
area of the Poudre River.
