IDISPECTION DATE 05/21/97 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS CLK <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The following observations were made during a routine inspection of this 85 acre 112 site. <br />1. A sign with the permit number was posted at the entrance; boundaries were marked with <br />fencelines and roads. <br />2. The main company process area is located at this site. 20-25 acres of processing machinery <br />and permanent equipment storage are in place on the west side of the site. <br />3. Asphalt is currently being recycled and processed on this site. A Notice to the Division <br />will be necessary to account for the reclamation costs of disposing of excess asphalt. (See <br />Problem 1). <br />4. A 15-20 acre excavation is located east of the process area, bounded by the old Western <br />Mobile Ditch. The excavation is approximately 15 feet deep, in currently being pumped, with <br />sides whose slopes vary from highwalls to 2H:1V. It will become a pond when excavation is <br />completed. <br />5. 40 acres east of the current excavation have been reclaimed (10 acres} and left <br />undisturbed (30 acres). This area remains a meadow. <br />The bond will be recalculated to assure that sufficient financial warranty has been posted <br />to complete reclamation.
