• (Page 41 • ~li <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID it M-85-023 <br />INSPECTION DATE 06/05/97 IN PECTOR'S INITIALS RCO <br />The following problems IPBI and/or possible violations IPVI (and suggested corrective actions) were iden ified during this inspection. <br />The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. Thep ssible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation oard. The inspector noted <br />on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />The operator has allowed the site to become contaminated by fuel and oil, <br />through improper handling and storage, possibly with adverse affects to <br />the hydrologic balance. <br />The operator must remove from the site all containers (drums, barrels, <br />buckets, even tanksV containing petroleum products unless they are placed <br />immediately in a location providing adequate secondary containment Isuch <br />as a bermed, lined structure of a size to contain the entire volume of the <br />materials stored therel. This must be done immediately due to the nature <br />of the present and potential problem, and the evidence of completing this <br />action must be sent to this Division by the date shown. <br />2. The operator has not secured the right to enter upon BLM land, though <br />the operator continues to use a road on BLM land to access a part of the <br />permit area. <br />The operator must either cease using this road or secure the right to <br />enter this property, by following the appropriate BLM rules.
