The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce theirseveritywhen considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1• OS/ 24/ OS <br />During the inspection, it was discovered that topsoil stockpiles at the site were devoid of <br />vegetation. This is a problem related to Section 3.1.9 (1) of the Construction Materials Rules <br />and Regulations for failure to employ vegetative cover or other means to protect topsoil <br />from erosion, keep it free of any contamination by toxic or acid-forming material, and <br />maintain it in a useable condition for reclamation. <br />PB or PV: ~B_ <br />TOPIC(S): ~_ <br />Cnrrentive Antinrr Sead tha ctnr•k~ilac rand sand rnniac of tha caad rerai tic ~r h~ ntnc _ <br />depicting that the stockpiles have been seeded to the Division of Minerals and Geoloav <br />within sixty (60) days of receipt of this inspection report. <br />2~ O5/ 2N OS <br />During the inspection, it was discovered that excavation on the upper terrace had <br />occurred within 50 feet of the utility poles at the site, whereas the approved plan indicates <br />that excavation will not occur within 50 feet of the utility poles until the activity can be <br />coordinated with the utility company.
