Several or more oblique photographs of the future 51.5 acre site <br />were taken with a digital camera and will be used by the Division staff during future permitting and/or ground inspections <br />to determine compliance with the approved mine and reclamation plan. The photographs are attached to this report, ie: <br />images 51, 52. <br />2. The status of the Allen Pit is "awaiting warranty". Therefore, a mining and reclamation permit must first be issued by <br />the Division prior to disturbance. The aerial photographs verify that there is no mining disturbance at the site. However, <br />the Allen Pit is sandwiched in between two (2) active, permitted sand and gravel operations. The operator is also advised <br />to check with the local county government to determine their permitting requirements prior to disturbance. <br />3.
