Dorchester's ne~+ <br />on-site person did not know where the third pile was located. The area v+as painted <br />out to him during the inspection. See Section IV for compliance date. <br />4.03 Roads <br />All roads were in good condition. Adjacent roadside dithces a+ere clear <br />and appeared that they would function properly during a storm event. <br />All culverts we re .clear and o-+ell maintained. <br />4.05 Hydrologic Balance <br />Both sediment ponds v,ere dry <br />is minimal. <br />It appears that sediment accumulation in; the ponds <br />All diversions, ditches and culverts were well maintained and functioning properly. <br />4.06 Topsoil <br />The third topsoil stockpile must have a marker installed. Addi[ionallyl this area <br />should be seeded to sCabilized tha pile. <br />4.15 Re vegetation <br />Vegetation seems to be establishing itself fairly ~~+ell in the area of ehe Old <br />farmers Mine. <br />
