The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclama[ion Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. An unknown volume of stockpiled overburden and topsoil has <br />sloughed offsite and onto the Henderson Industrial Park <br />property. <br />CORRECTIVE MF.ASURE3 <br />Complete the following corrective measures on or before <br />September 24, 1999 a) "pull" back the stockpiled material <br />from the permit boundary fence a distance great enough to <br />minimize any further sloughing of materials offsite, <br />b) define a setback distance from the boundary fence that <br />will be maintained for stockpiled materials throughout the <br />life of the operation, and c) submit photographs verifying <br />completion of the requested corrective measures. <br />(Page 5) <br />September 24, 1999 <br />PB or PV PB <br />TOPIC(S) OD,TS <br />
