Skies were clear. The ground
was snow covered. The access road was snow covered, and muddy wffh access
avalable only to the office. Jim Mossman was at the mine office.
1 checked the mine records at fhe mine office. On the attached DMG AvalabTrty of
Records checklist, I noted that the vegetation monitoring data from kut summer was
not avaaable. When I retuned to the office, there was a copy that had been
submitted in my absence. I w~l look at this data to see ff the revegetation qualrfies for
bond release or if additional work maybe necessary. On the recorcis checklst, I also
Hated that the 1999 Annual Hydrology Report is not on file in the mine office. Past
years AHR's are on file.
Ponds C, D, E, F, and G were observed. They were frozen and no discharge was
observed.
Reclakr~ed areas were snow covered. Some snow melt has occurred, but access is
very difficuR.
The access road to the Walden Loadout has not been cleared and access a very
difficult. 1 drove part way down. No tracks or dBh~rbance were apparent at the
k~adout area.
No problems were observed at the mine.
