III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the inspection. Comments <br />also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Jerry Nettleton (Nettleton) of Twentymile Coal Company (Twentymile) accompanied Byron Walker (Walker) <br />of the Colorado Divisioa of Minerals and Geology (Division) during this inspection of the Foidel Creek Mine. <br />There was about three feet of snow at the site. Access to certain azeas was restricted. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS <br />See the DMG Availability of Records check sheet attached. All records were found on file. <br />ROADS <br />Roads were snow-packed. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE <br />There was no surface runoff noted during this inspection. Inspection of impoundments was limited due to <br />snow.
